Description
Sales is one of the most valuable legal documents in the purchase or selling of a house. It is regulated by the Registration Act and is an essential document for both the purchaser or the transferee and the seller or the transferor. Purchase or selling of property shall not be legally completed until the purchaser and the seller have signed an act of selling.
What's Inclusive
(a) Introduction call. A 15-minute phone call to meet your representative and think about how you're going to work together.
b) The list of documents needed will be shared.
(c) the checking of the papers.
d) The drawing up of the Sale Deed and the handling of the necessary paperwork.
(e) Registration of the Sale Deed at the Registrar / Sub-Registrar's Office.
