Description
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a formal agreement between two or more of the parties. Companies and organizations that use the MOUs to create official partnerships. MOUs are not legally binding, but they have a degree of seriousness and shared respect that is greater than a gentlemen's agreement.
What's Inclusive
(a) Introduction call. A 30-minute phone call to meet your lawyer and think about how you're going to work together.
(b) The list of documents needed will be shared.
(c) the checking of the papers.
(d) the writing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the handling of the necessary paperwork.
What isn't included
(a) Any further work carried out by the representative after the agreement has been concluded.
