No need for address in India of Foreign promoters incorporating company in India
It was held that there was nothing
in the Act or the applicable Rules which requires the foreign promoters to provide
a local address. [Dmitry Rosnin v RoC decided on 16-2-2013, Bombay High Court]
However, at least one director should be resident in India.
